I will be hosting a 3X event in my home town ( Harrison, AR ) at Bill's Audio & Video on Saturday Aug 8th
Afterwards everyone that wants too will be traveling over to my house for a catered BBQ dinner ( same guy that did my 300th event!  )
I have 'some' room. Lots of couches, couple beds, lots of floor space and large back yard for anyone that wants to camp out.
Friday night stay is also a possibilty, but will need to call first.
more info to come.
I need a roll call for all those that are planning on attending. I spoke with the caterer and I need a head count for food.

Ok, I need a head count as I have some cool stuff planned and I need to get with my caterer on food.
I need to know:
1. If you will be coming to the house for dinner &
2. If you will be crashing at my house
Mind you, I have "some" room. 1 extra bedroom ( I would let a couple sleep in there ) if anyone is bringing their wife or 2 wifes can sleep in there and let their husbands sleep on the floor. I have 2 couches and a love seat. I have LOTS of floor space. I have a decent back yard for tents if someone wants to go that route.
Planned activity:
Event from 10am till 3pm
Dinner around 4-5ish
Rock Band tournament 5pm till 
Cards 5pm till
Sunday morning 10am Shoney's breakfast
Should be a great time to hand out and visit with all my friends

Me and my wife are also coming for sure! Im down for some cards cause i suck at rock band lol. As for a place to sleep, im to old to sleep on the floor so ill probably grab a motel some where close(no hideabed?) lol
